  • The item must also be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Securely pack your item and send it to the return address provided by our team.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Late or Missing Refunds
